What insurance does PSCMH accept?

PSCMH currently accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and several managed care plans (Medicaid, commercial, and Medicare Advantage plans).

What if I don’t have insurance?

We accept self-pay at reasonable rates for those without insurance or whose plans are not in network with our clinic.

I have __________ insurance, but it’s not on the list, do you accept it?

If you have questions about insurance eligibility, please contact the Intake Department at 718.788.5101 and they can provide you with a full list of insurance plans that we accept.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Payment Policies

It is the client's responsibility to:

  • Provide all insurance information during screening call and 1st appointment

  • Bring all insurance cards for each scheduled appointment

  • Pay his/her copayment (if applicable) at each appointment

  • Pay for sessions until deductible is met (if applicable)

  • Provide new insurance information while in treatment

  • Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card when signing in at the front desk
